We are pleased to inform you first-hand about the further development of our law firm. With the start of the second quarter of 2023, we are expanding our range of services to include services for external law firms. It is now possible to draw upon our extensive know-how for the administration and management of a law practice.

In order to reflect this expanded range of services, which is no longer only associated with our individual lawyers, we have changed our company name from Studhalter & Partner Rechtsanwälte AG to Fortis Law AG.

Our legal specialties include contract and corporate law, employment and social security law, banking and insurance law, construction, real estate and tenancy law, matrimonial, family and cohabitation law, inheritance law and estate planning, administrative and public procedural law, as well as criminal law, criminal procedure and white collar crime. In addition, we offer our clients the full range of notarial services.

Newly added are services in the areas of administration, IT & office facilities for third parties and in particular, lawyers. Our offer also includes services relating to the reporting and billing of services, payroll, bookkeeping, annual financial statements as well as reception and postal services. In the area of IT, the focus is on secure data transfer and location-independent access to lawyer-specific software. If office facilities for meetings or reception and telephone services are required, Fortis Law AG is also the right partner.
